ESLP: Fixing a Bench
Friday, December 15, 2017
The purpose of this ESLP was to fix a bench that had been broken. The process of fixing it was now very hard because I only needed to do some touch-up work. First I sanded the bench then put the first coat of stain on it then let it dry. Next, after it dried i put another coat of stain on it. After, I had to put some legs on, so I glued and screwed the legs on to the seat. A challenge I had was that at first the liquid nails wasn't working so I had to add screws to the bench so that the wood would stick enough so I could put the legs on. This project was fun and easy with very little challenges.
